The Willow Grove Community Development Corporation helps people find affordable housing. We also provide financial counseling and budgeting guidance for these same individuals.

The Willow Grove Community Development Corporation was founded by concerned community leaders in 1990 to address the need for affordable housing for low income individuals and families.

For more than 20 years, we have been highly successful in bringing the benefits of well maintained, affordable rentals to more and more individuals and families.

How to Apply

Since we have many applications on our waiting list, it is important that you submit your application as soon as possible to qualify.

To do that, simply go to the application link below and download an application. Include all financial information on all members of the household who are contributing to the total household income.
